The short version
You can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Subscription fees for the current period are not refunded, and consumed call minutes are never refundable. We do refund failed, duplicate, and incorrectly charged payments, and unused prepaid minute balances if we terminate your account for convenience.
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Resonera.ai plans. It applies to every payment made to Resonera.ai (operated by Aditya Sah, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India), including the monthly platform subscription, per-minute usage charges, add-ons, and any prepaid minute top-ups.
Enterprise customers on a signed order form or master services agreement are governed by the refund and termination terms in that agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins.
Resonera.ai is a software service delivered entirely electronically. There are no physical goods, and therefore no shipping, courier, or delivery charges at any point.
Resonera.ai is a usage-based service with real per-call infrastructure costs — telephony minutes, speech recognition, AI inference, and text-to-speech are paid to third parties the moment a call runs. As a result, the following are not refundable:
We refund payments in the following situations:
Duplicate charges
Charged twice for the same billing period or top-up. We refund the duplicate in full, no questions asked.
Failed transactions
Money debited but the payment did not complete and no service was activated. Refunded in full.
Billing errors
Charged the wrong plan, wrong minute count, or for an add-on you did not enable. We refund the difference.
Post-cancellation renewals
Charged for a renewal after you had already cancelled. Refunded in full.
Material service failure
A verified, sustained platform outage on our side that prevented you from running calls, and that we could not resolve.
Termination by us
If we close your account for convenience on 30 days notice, prepaid fees for the unused remainder are refunded pro-rata.

We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and give you a decision, with reasons, within 7 business days. If we need call logs or invoices from you to assess the request, that window starts when you send them.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is settled, as required by our payment gateway.
If we cannot reach agreement, disputes are handled under the governing law and arbitration provisions in Section 14 of our Terms of Service — arbitration seated in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer forum where the Consumer Protection Act 2019 applies to you.
The Free plan requires no credit card and involves no payment, so nothing on it is refundable. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time. Upgrading from Free to a paid plan starts a billing period immediately and is governed by the sections above.
We may update this policy as our plans and payment infrastructure change. Material changes will be announced by email to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. The policy in force at the time of your payment governs that payment.
